Following the success of the 2022 Summer Fancy Food in New York, the two specialties will return to the U.S, to attend the largest specialty food winter show in the country
The Fontina PDO Consortium and Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese Rice PDO Consortium are pleased to announce their participation at “Winter Fancy Food 2024” in Las Vegas.
Throughout the three-day event, January 21-23, U.S. retail buyers, distributors, and other trade professionals will have an exclusive opportunity to taste and discover the high-quality cheeses of Fontina PDO from Valle d’Aosta and unique Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese Rice PDO.
